
LOVING this week's Forever Fitness podcast; talking about habits, routines, life-hacking etc. Very topical with stuff I'm monitoring myself right now. Highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in positive approaches in work, life and exercise. It has a very entertaining, casual conversational style with two New Zealand personal trainers Ish and Bevan.
